Your Local The London Way-W7
The Grosvenor is, quite frankly, everything a community pub should be. It’s handsome, it’s got charm, a decent selection of drinks, and that comforting atmosphere that makes you think, “Yes, I’ll have another.” Whether it’s a quiet pint, a chat with mates, or turning up for one of the regular quiz nights or events, there’s always a reason to linger. At this gem food is proper, hearty stuff that we all love in pubs, not pretentious. And if you’ve something to celebrate, there’s a function room that does the job without any unnecessary fuss

A Rich History
The Grosvenor in Hanwell has stood proudly since 1904, an Edwardian corner pub with the charm of a true local institution. In the 1930s, it was run by Frank Davis, then MD of Brentford FC and vice chair of the FA, adding a touch of sporting pedigree. It faced closure in 2014 but was thankfully revived, preserving its character. Today, with its secret garden, live music, quiz nights, and a cosy function room upstairs, it remains at the heart of Hanwell life, quietly enduring and a much loved London pub

Hanwell & West Ealing W7
Hanwell and West Ealing are proper bits of West London, no nonsense, just solid neighbourhoods with a bit of grit and plenty of charm. Hanwell’s got its lovely canal, some cracking old pubs, and a whiff of the countryside if you squint. West Ealing’s more bustle, with markets, cafés, and the odd flash of gentrification. Both feel lived-in, practical, and refreshingly unpretentious, places that work without trying too hard, good old London life.
